Abbie Hills is an accomplished Access Coordinator, Writer, Speaker and Producer in the film and TV industry, with over a decade of hands-on experience both in front of and behind the camera. As the founder of The Dazey Hills Company (established in 2019), Abbie is committed to supporting emerging diverse talent while advancing her own slate of projects.

With more than 10 years of experience in front and behind the camera, Abbie is a recognised advocate for diversity and inclusion in entertainment. She is passionate about creating an industry that is accessible and equitable for all, particularly for individuals with disabilities. In 2024, Abbie was highly commended at the Women of The Future Awards in the Arts and Culture category, further solidifying her leadership in driving positive change. She also won the 2021 National Diversity Awardin the Positive Role Model for Disability category, a testament to her commitment to championing inclusivity and accessibility in the industry. Abbie was recognised on the Enable Global Role Model Top 50 in 2025 and features on the entrepreneur #ialso 2025.

Abbie currently works as an Access Coordinator (represented by Casarotto Ramsay and Associates)  in television, providing vital support to both on-screen and off-screen talent with disabilities and additional needs. Her work spans a range of inclusive practices, from ensuring accessibility in production to facilitating tailored support for talent. Abbie has partnered with leading broadcasters and streaming platforms, including the BBC, Netflix, Channel 4, and ITV, to drive industry-wide change, creating more equitable and accessible opportunities for diverse talent across all levels of production.

Abbie is also an accomplished speaker; appearing at Cannes Film Festival, BFI Flare, Edinburgh International Film Festival and more.
